Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services. South Creek Animal Hospital accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit. Take advantage of the six month no interest payment plans through CareCredit.
No Show Policy
Despite our efforts to remind clients of their upcoming appointments via text, email and phone calls, we have had an influx of missed appointments (no shows) lately. Each time someone misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another pet is prevented from receiving care. Considering this, South Creek Animal Hospital reserves the right to charge a fee of $30.00 for all missed appointments, including grooming (no shows). Surgery/Dental NO SHOWS will be a $60.00 fee. We require a 24-hour notice if you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment.
